International container shipping

Container transportation accounts for over 80% of total international trade turnover. In most cases, cargo delivery in this way is carried out according to the FCL (Full Container Load) scheme, in which the entire volume of containers is intended for one sender. Thanks to standardization, international container shipping has become an effective and popular mode of delivery. This method allows for the uninterrupted supply of goods from the sender to the recipient, thereby reducing the volume of intermediate transshipment operations.

The choice in favor of this transportation method is due to several factors. Container shipping speeds up the shipment of small piece goods, and ISO containers used all over the world have standardized sizes, which makes it possible to create special vehicles for their transportation (container ships) and handling (reach stackers). Since there is no need to create a separate container for each batch of goods, as well as secure it on a vehicle, savings in wood, fastenings (nails) and other material resources are ensured. Reducing loading and unloading time, in turn, reduces transport downtime.

Container shipping options
General cargo transportation. For relatively large volumes of goods, it is more practical to use a certain number of containers rather than transporting them on board a ship or in the back of a truck. Typically, cargo is placed on pallets, barrels, boxes, or bags. Loading and unloading containers is less labor-intensive and time-consuming than loading and unloading individual items.

Transportation of non-standard cargo. Temperature-sensitive goods are transported in refrigerated containers. Specialized solutions are also available for oversized, heavy, liquid, bulk, and other substances.
InterSpetsTrans LLC offers comprehensive solutions for the fast and safe delivery of all cargo categories. If necessary, container shipments can be integrated into intermodal schemes, allowing for immediate transfer of containers from one mode of transport to another. We will develop a logistics chain for export and import, handle customs clearance, and assist with shipping documentation.
