Registration of customs documents includes written or electronic declaration of goods in the established form.
Written declaration includes:
- filling out a declaration on a standard form
- filing an arbitrary application
- transport document
According to the law, a single declaration contains information about the products included in a single consignment. There is no limit on the quantity by name. The product information must contain the necessary details for calculating and collecting duties, compiling statistics, and verifying compliance with legal requirements.
Our specialists prepare the declaration, submit it to the customs authority, and provide the client with the registration number. A written document, an electronic copy, and additional documents (with an inventory) are submitted to the authority.

Preparation of additional documentation
Additional documentation is submitted to confirm the details of the goods. The specific list of documents required depends on the type of customs regime.
The general list contains:
- constituent and registration documents, certification of the representative's powers of attorney
- supply contracts, payment documentation
- certificate of inclusion in the Register of Customs Brokers and qualification certificates of representatives
- licenses for the right to import/export goods, certificates of conformity, receipt orders and bank guarantees.
Customs documents are prepared and collected in advance for submission no more than 15 days before the cargo arrives at customs. This allows time for verification and early acceptance of the declaration.
The completed documents are submitted by the declarant or our broker. We assume responsibility for compliance with legal requirements.
